Due to the custom nature of our products and the fact that each item is handmade to order, all sales are final. At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you ordered the incorrect size, we’re happy to help! We can restring your bracelet or ring for a fee of $10.

Please note: The customer is responsible for:

• Shipping the item back to The Darling Deer Co., or
• Dropping it off at our local pick-up location

Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Lettermail (Untracked) — $5.00

Untracked lettermail shipping is available for $5.00 per order. Please note: once your order has been handed off to Canada Post, we are unable to track it or control delivery times.

Because this option is untracked, The Darling Deer Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you’d like peace of mind, we recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout.

Tracked Shipping — $15.00

Tracked shipping is available for $15.00 per order. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Important: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as the customer is responsible for providing the correct address.
