Bracelet Sizing

How do I know what size to order?

1. Wrap a string or measuring tape snugly around your wrist.

2. Measure it, then add about 1/4" for a comfortable fit.

Size Guide

• Small: 6.5"

• Medium: 7"

• Large: 7.5"

• XL: 8"

Please note: bracelets are not recommended for infants, toddlers, or young children.

Repairs + Resizing

I accidentally broke my bracelet — can it be restrung?

Yes! We offer restringing/repair for a $10 fee.

To request a repair:

1. Add the “Restring/Repair” product to your cart

2. At checkout, include the bracelet’s original design details in the notes (colour, style, any identifying info).

If beads are missing: if 3+ beads need to be replaced, an additional charge may apply.

Processing Time

How long will it take to make my bracelet?

Each piece is handmade to order. Orders are typically ready to ship within 5–10 business days. During high-volume seasons, processing may take a little longer.

 

Care Instructions

What’s the best way to care for my bracelet?

To keep your bracelet in great shape:

• Roll it on/off your wrist (don’t overstretch)

• Avoid perfume, water, and harsh chemicals (especially for gemstone styles)

Materials note:14k gold-filled/rose gold-filled beads are tarnish resistant, but acrylic letter beads may fade over time with heavy wear.
