How do I know what size of bracelet to order?

To determine your bracelet size:

Wrap a string or measuring tape around your wrist. Measure tightly and order approx. 1/4 inch larger.

Bracelet sizes:

Small - 6.5"

Medium - 7"

Large - 7.5"

XLarge - 8"

Please note that bracelets are not recommended for infants/toddlers or children. 

How long will it take for my bracelet to be made?

Each bracelet is handmade and ready to picked-up/shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that during high volume times additional processing days may be required. 

What is the best way to care for my bracelet?

To keep your bracelet in tip top shape, roll the bracelet on and off your wrist. Due to some of our bracelets being made up of gemstones, avoid exposing your bracelet to perfumes, water and harsh chemicals as it could cause a reaction to the metals. 14K gold/rose gold filled beads are tarnish resistant however, the plastic colouring on the acrylic letter beads are subject to fading over time. 

I have received my order and it is wrong. What do I do?

We are human too and sometimes make mistakes. In the event that your order is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receiving your order.
